Full exhaust system for the Chevrolet Corvette C6. Celeritech True Equal Lengths 8-4-1 exhaust system with the unique “super car” sound as seen on Hoonigan Project Garage Youtube channel.

Will fit any C6 model and even 6 bolt heads.
- Full Stainless 304, all mandrel bends, all TIG welded with back purge
- CNC flanges in 2 pieces on each side for easier install. Port/head side of the flange large enough to accommodate for some larger ports (after porting the heads). 3/8 inch thick for good sealing.
- 1 7/8 inch primaries, 16.5 inch long, all with True Equal Lengths!!
- 15 degree 2-1 merge collectors for optimal flow. Slip-on connections for easier install and less mechanical stress in the whole system. Note the “C” of Celeritech spring retainers ;)
- 2 1/8 inch secondaries, 17.5 inch long, all with True Equal Lengths!!
- 12 degree 4-1 merge collector for optimal flow. Slip-on connections for easier install and less mechanical stress in the whole system.
- Billet slip-on parts for making the lambda sensor work for both pipes (as stock does)
- 4 inch main tube with 1-2 merge collector.
- 3 1/8 inch tubes to the back
- Hanging/mounting as stock
- 4 quick release V-band clamps so you can swap out transitions easily to fit a stock exhaust/silencer to Celeritech headers, or fit stock headers to Celeritech exhaust/silencer. (transitions should be ordered separately)
- Grand silencer, to be as quiet as possible, as you do have valves anyway :)
- Valves, to open up for full power and full music of that beautiful Celeritech 8-4-1 True Equal Length supercar sound!! Before and after the valves you find quick release V-band clamps for easier maintenance. Valves are so called “wear parts”, so instead of having to cut and weld the old ones out and new ones in, now you can swap it out in minutes! And yes, valves do wear out one day, all valves do, any brand. Replacement valves with V-band flanges will be available in the future.
- Hanging system capable of making small adjustments. No, our exhausts are within spec, but many cars are not, let alone (plastic) bumpers. Factory tolerance are pretty high, or because of damage to the car, nothing is as frustrating as your brand new exhaust not just hanging perfectly with its end pipes.
- 4 inch tail pipes with a smooth merge 1-2 collector for smooth flow up until the end. With quick release V-band clamps to be able to swap out other tail pipes (which will be available in the future)
Notes: Shorter/angled sparkplug caps will be required, and sparkplug boot connectors are advised.
